Our mission is to produce excellent extra virgin olive oil, obtained from distinctive centennial olive groves "protected" by the famous "dry stone walls" of the Iblei region. These walls, erected in the past to delineate the plots of the plateaus, are an integral part of our agricultural heritage.
Our mills are situated in a unique and laborious landscape, where evergreen olive trees blend with ancient carob trees, charming stone rural houses, farmsteads with spacious courtyards known as "bagghiu," and pristine quarries.
